Maksym Krippa is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor who plays a key role in the development of esports, video games, and real estate. He is the owner of the legendary eSports organization Natus Vincere (NAVI), Maincast, an analytics and broadcast studio, and GSC Game World, a gaming company known for the STALKER series.
According to Property Investment Dubai, in addition to being active in the gaming industry, Krippa invests in strategic real estate in Ukraine. He owns Kyiv’s Parus business center and the historic Ukraine Hotel, located in the heart of the capital.

The foundation of the path: education and first achievements
Maksym Krippa received his higher education at several prestigious institutions, forming a multifaceted academic foundation. In 1994-1998, he studied at the International Christian University, after which he continued his education at the European University in 2006-2007. In 2008-2011, he studied at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
He earned three degrees in various fields: business administration, organizational management, and law. This education gave him a deep understanding of management, strategic planning and legal aspects of entrepreneurship.
The path of an entrepreneur: business, investment, development
With more than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, Maksym Krippa has gone from raising his first capital to making large-scale investments in various sectors. In the early 2000s, he earned his first million dollars by capitalizing on opportunities in the telecommunications market. His company, Ukrainian Mobile TeleSystems, which was the exclusive dealer of Kyivstar, was engaged not only in communication services but also in the wholesale supply of mobile devices and accessories. This allowed him to create a financial base for further business initiatives.
Today, his investment portfolio includes esports, video games, IT, artificial intelligence, and real estate.
Since 2018, Krippa has been the owner of the Natus Vincere esports club (NAVI), one of the most successful Ukrainian projects in the field of professional gaming. NAVI is particularly notable for its achievements in CS2: the team has repeatedly won international tournaments and is consistently ranked among the best in the world.
In 2020, Maksym Krippa became the owner of GSC Game World, a legendary developer that created the cult video game series Cossacks and STALKER. After the change of ownership, the company received the necessary financial resources to accelerate the work on STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and the game’s development moved into an active phase.
Since 2023, Krippa has owned the Maincast esports broadcasting studio, which is the largest broadcaster of esports events in Eastern Europe. The company has exclusive rights to cover key international competitions in Ukrainian and provides professional broadcasts of such disciplines as CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and other popular esports games. Maincast not only organizes live broadcasts, but also forms the esports community, engaging Ukrainian and global audiences in large-scale events in the field of e-sports.
In 2023, Maksym Krippa became the owner of one of the most famous skyscrapers in the capital, the Parus business center. The deal was finalized on December 1, and the buyer was Ola Fine, a company owned by the entrepreneur. The 33-storey building is one of the key commercial real estate objects in Kyiv.
In 2024, Ola Fine also won an open privatization auction, acquiring the Ukraine Hotel for UAH 3.1 billion (including taxes). This is one of the most recognizable hotel complexes in the capital, located in the heart of Kyiv. A large-scale reconstruction is planned to update the building and adapt it to modern market requirements.
On February 26, 2025, Ukrainian entrepreneur and investor Maksym Krippa became the head of the Ukrainian Federation of Esports. He joined the board of directors of NAVI and Maincast, which indicates the intention to strengthen the development of the esports industry in Ukraine.
On February 24, 2025, it became known that Krippa became a co-owner of the development company DIM. He noted that he was investing in its projects not only because of their profitability but also because of a common understanding of doing business in difficult conditions.
Foreign investments
In 2016, Maksym Krippa moved to the United Arab Emirates to start his real estate business. His investment portfolio includes over 100,000 square meters of commercial, residential and development real estate.
The assets include land plots in strategically advantageous locations, including just 15 minutes from Dubai Mall. It is here that the company plans to implement its first development project, which will include premium villas and townhouses.
